Information on this website is provided in good faith and for general information only. Photos may be representative examples of the type of work we do. Pricing, availability and service details are indicative and confirmed on quote.
Quotes and bookings
An enquiry submitted through this website is a request for a quote, not a binding contract. Bookings are confirmed once a written quote has been accepted.
Services we don't offer
We do not perform electrical, plumbing, major construction, pest control, or tree work above 3 metres. If your job requires those services we're happy to refer you to a suitable qualified trade.
NDIS
Busy Living Property Care provides an NDIS-friendly service to plan-managed and self-managed participants. We are not an NDIS-registered provider.
Intellectual property
All content, images, branding and copy on this website belong to Busy Living Property Care unless otherwise noted. Please don't reuse them without permission.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Busy Living Property Care is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
